How Often Should You Take BP Readings?

Thursday, May 06, 2010

To start, we recommend that you take your BP readings twice a day for the first 30-60 days, then 1-2 times weekly after that. Take your readings at the same time, for example in the morning and evening. You should always keep a log of your readings to take with you to the doctor’s office. You may want to bring your monitor with you to show the doctor that you are using it correctly.

Only rely on BP readings taken at home when you are relaxed. More than likely your BP readings done by your physician or any where else outside of home will be higher. Your physician should agree with this.

“I have used Everyday Blood Pressure Support since last year for my patients. I use muscle testing to test nutritional supplements and am very selective as to what I use in my practice. The Company has put a lot of thought into the development of the product and uses quality ingredients. The majority of my blood pressure patients respond very well to it, and I have seen no side effects.”
